News team lead developer

Responsibility
The Team Lead is responsible for both leading and developing within one of the three teams:
Tools, Eventinfo, or Content. While each team focuses on specific domains and products, the
core technologies are shared across teams, ensuring consistency and flexibility. Team Leads
are not locked into one team and may collaborate across teams when needed.

In addition to software development, the Team Lead plays a key role in leading and mentoring
the local team, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining coding standards, and aligning
development processes with global objectives. Team Leads report to the local Technical
Operational Manager and collaborate closely with Product Owners based in Denmark, as well
as Lead Developers and other Team Leads globally.

Teams typically consist of 3-5 developers, with the Team Lead acting as both a hands-on
developer and a team leader.
