Responsibility
The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and efficient digital products within one of our three teams: Tools, Eventinfo, or Content. While each team focuses on specific domains and products, the core technologies are shared across teams, ensuring consistency and flexibility. Developers are not locked into one team and have opportunities to collaborate across different teams as needed.

Daily work is conducted within the assigned team, with regular cross-team activities, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing. Product Owners are based in Denmark, providing close proximity to the business and customers, while the development teams collaborate closely with counterparts in Denmark.

Job area
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions using shared technology stacks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners based in Denmark to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Work closely with the local Team Lead and fellow developers to ensure efficient and aligned development processes.
• Participate in cross-team collaboration and activities, representing the team in global initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability, following coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within both the local team and the global development community.

• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Maintain effective collaboration with Product Owners, Team Leads, and developers across teams.
• Ensure consistency in coding standards and architectural guidelines within and across teams.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Reporting
Reports to the Team Lead. Product Owners are based in Denmark, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Professional qualifications
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with skills in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Preact, PHP 8.4, Laravel and/or our Custom Framework Kodus, SQL, and Redis + Postgres databases.
• Strong understanding of API development, integrations, and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and communicate in English.
